By booking transportation with Reliable Airport Service ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
All bookings are subject to driver availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after we contact you with verbal or written confirmation. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, and 48 hours ahead for early-morning flights.
All rates listed on our pricing page are flat rates. Additional charges may apply for:
Please cancel at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled pickup to avoid charges. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full fare. Reschedules are accepted free of charge when made with reasonable notice.
When you provide your flight number, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup automatically for delays — no additional cost. Wait time at the airport beyond 30 minutes after your flight has landed may incur an additional charge.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash and major credit cards.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any damage caused to the vehicle (excessive cleaning, damage to interior) will be billed to the client. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Reliable Airport Service is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, road closures, etc.), though we make every effort to plan for and avoid them.
We make every effort to return items left in our vehicles. Please contact us as soon as possible if you've forgotten something — we'll do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
